INTRODUCTION
Nepal Association for the Welfare of the Blind (NAWB) established in 1985 as a National level NGO for the rehabilitation of the Blind and visually Impaired (BVI) persons has set the following aims and objectives.
- To help integrate the blind in the society.
- To help the blind become self-reliant and economically active citizens.
- To help the blind in their all-round development and to safeguard their interests.
- To help in the activities aimed at prevention, control and cure of blindness.
